Pros

I was diagnosed with pcos in my early 20s and was put on a low dose of metformin. Majority of my acne is gone, i no longer have cystic acne on my skin.

It is virtually tasteless and very convenient for travel. I prefer the canister with the powder and scoop because i find it easier to use. The individual packets are so convenient and easy to take on the go and when i travel.

Cons

Many packets are unsealed. This product to too costly to have 1/3 of the content unusable. If it isn't it is a fake.

The insomnia i am experiencing is terrible. Upon researching further apparently insomnia is a rare side effect. I'm assuming this migraine was a hormonal induced migraine due to this product.
