Pros

This shade sail works very well at keeping things cool on the south side of our house. It covers our deck completely (15' x 15') and keeps the sun out. Under the hot desert sun the temperature is close to 20 degrees cooler in the shade. It keeps the p...  Read More

My only complaint of this is where the seam is located on the shade. We immediately wanted another for the rest of the patio but it took this long for the green to restock. I like this shade sail because it offers a nice shaded area without being too ...  Read More

This product is as sturdy as advertised. It worms beautifully now.

It is secured to my house on 2 points, a garage on 1 point and a 4x4 fence post with a 12' aluminum 1. We have it hanging over our trampoline. If you get thundershowers, it probably makes sense to take it down or remove a corner to make sure it doesn'...  Read More

Cons

I bought lag eyebolts and 1034 turnbuckles and mounted one side to the house

Fro the other side i bought 3434 emt conduit drilled a hold appx 334 fron the top ran threaded eyebolts through that put cane tips over the top to keep water out and used s hooks to hook to the sail

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I would probably get 134 conduit next time but the 3434 works fine

The size of the sail is measured at the corners where it mounts

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The center between the ends is around 1 foot or so narrower

Conventional shades would have cost upwards of 2000
