Pros
Only problem is that the grates aren't flexible so it tends to crush thicker fish. Works great for grill-blackening large salmon fillets. Does exactly what it is supposed to and handles do not melt. Amazing fish grilling piece.
Cons
Broken right outside the shipping box. This is dangerous to ingest when it sticks to the fish and then eaten unsuspectedly. Not made properly.

Fish doesn’t stick so just a little scrub was all it took

You have to use an oven mitt to hold it without getting burned while grilling even though it has a wood handle which doesnt get hot
