It's not as big as a traditional backpack but also not as bulky. Took this to costa rica. It's alsp waterproof.

Portable and very lightweight so room in my suitcase is not an issue. Also on way back home used it to carry mycpap, purse, and meds as my underseat bag.
It fits so much in the multiple pockets, is quite comfortable to wear considering there's no padding (i hauled it fully packed around san francisco for a full day), and still looks like new. I wish it had a chest strap, but easy enough to improvise.

I have plenty of backpacks but i wanted something easily packable that could use as a day pack
I would consider it an essential part of the packable items in your suitcase

Its so old that all the letterings have fallen off
