Pros
This is perfect for those scorching hot summer afternoons. It’s 9ft size casts a large shaded area so we are able to spend more time outside without being scorched by the sun. The sun is ruthless where i live, most of the year.
The hand crank is decently smooth and works well. It is very easy to crank up and does so smoothly. Umbrella cranks in and out easily and the tilt works properly.
This umbrella delivers on blocking that sun. It's a little noisier than i would like when the rain hits the material but not too bad. The great umbrella, true to size.

It is the crank type so you can open and close it anytime. I'm not sure why the crank doesn't lock into place when you reach the desired level of openness, but it doesn't seem to roll back on its own.

Its the perfect size and the quality is better than i expected
The quality of the fabric is strong as well as the metal connectors
The quality of the canvas is just so so but it is easily replaceable with better fabric
The build quality is about average the pole and umbrella frame are metal while the cylinder and handle are plastic
Price
We purchased another umbrella earlier this season and the price was comparative to this one
But otherwise this is a great umbrella and well worth the price
Packaging/appearance
Umbrella pretty much work right out of the box no setup needed
Competitiveness
I was hesitant about ordering this patio umbrella simply because it was about half the cost of all the competitors but wow its amazing
Made of heavy duty sunbrella fabric it should last for several seasons without major fading or deterioration
I purchased two of the same 9ft versions in different colors they are nearly identical and look quite nice for the price

There are some loose strings on our umbrella fabric and it seems thinner than our last umbrella so i’m not sure if it’ll hold up to weather

No it’s not going to last you years and years i mean it’s in the 50 range so…
