Long enough to cover bum. You can cinch the waist. Comes about thigh/hip length.

The jacket is waterproof and fleece lined. The exterior shell fabric is light weight and kept me dry.

It has a nice fleece lining. It is thinly, but not cheaply, fleece lines. The inside is lightly lined but it’s plenty to keep you warm even on a breezy day.

Velcro sleeves, inner drawstring at waist, two way zipper. The pockets are ok.
