Pros
They have an elasticized gator inside the legs to fit over boots. There are two zippered side pockets so you wouldn't lose your car keys. Has a zipper on the ankles for my bigger boots.
The size medium is quite big on me but wearable & very long (31. Inseam) she has a long inseams and these are just a smidge short on her when viewing from the front. I wear a l and got an xl, and they fit perfectly.
They are waterproof and very warm! They are so warm but without being overly poofy. I love that they are fleece-lined, windproof, waterproof and warm.
There'll be leaf raking, snow shoveling, etc. You skier it would be your ski boots.
They are stretchy without being too loose or baggy. They are a very form fitting pant that really hugs your hips.
Cons
I’m 5’9”, but even the longer inseam was ridiculously short. Also in her opinion, as i couldn't wear these and offer an opinion, these are not warm nor good with cold windy situations.

I splashed water on them and the material beaded the water immediately and it rolled off the pants
