I orginally ordered the gem color which looks blueish green in the photo but when it arrived it was very green

When i first tried to zip my jacket it was very very difficult

I called customer service at outdoor research and spoke with a customer service rep

Anyway she said the waterproofing wax around the zipper was stiff when new and had to be worked a bit to loosen it up
