Pros
Sizing is as described. Should my head ever shrink, there's a drawstring to snug things up.
The hat catches and absorbs sweat, and evaporates it well. Needed a hat to take to bora bora for full sun. The spf 50 is well noted.
Had it for over 10 years and needed a replacement. Every iteration is an improvement of the last. It's now perfect and has not shrunk back.
Cons
Since it does not state anyplace on the hat it is uv 50 except the amazon ad, i am doubtful. The company that shipped it though, they *.
Rim looks like dow jones industrial average dipping up and down at odd intervals.
It is of no use in any kind of wind as the brim will just flip up.
