Pros

I hate spraying on my skin or clothes but the gators are the outer most layer and first source of contact for anything crawling so spraying them is great. I have full height gore tex gaiters for deep snow or full on adirondacks mud but they can be too... Read More

S/m and l/xl are the perfect size for hiking boots. The only down side is they do tend to ride down and balloon out around my ankles but they still work. I live in the south so it would be rare for me to wear these with pants.

Great fit. Seem durable. Worked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

These are a good option for trail runners when you don't need full shin protection. I hike daily where there are massive amounts of foxtails and other pesty grasses. I wear trail runners to hike when it is warmer and the smalls work well for those.

Cons

The design and construction of the instep strap is subpar. They are permanently stitched on, not replaceable. The little double fold-over velcro flaps are awkward to fasten and unfasten.

As far as the quality im very happy with them so far

Aside from my particular issue with the heat these gaiters are very well made and work as described

But that’s most likely because of my sneakers are and not the product

They are a nice design and good quality for the occasional use i give them however they do run tight especially at the top

I will use leukotape p to tape the top of the gaiter to my leg for a watertight seal
