    Im in the first week of using my smile direct aligners and though they fit great at first with no pain around day 3 they starting cutting the inside of my cheeks and upper lip making me miserable

    Note dont forget like i did to remove the wax before using an electric toothbrush otherwise you will have little pieces of wax all over your mouth

    I tried the dental wax the orthodontist gave me and it kept falling out

    I take the wax bits off while i am brushing the aligners then i quickly dry them make sure the wax is patted dry as well then readhere
