Pros

These treads are not super thick but serve the purpose to protect our newly refinished steps. They are not adhesive, but we got some carpet tape to adhere to the steps. Gives a cozier effect.

They are a perfect length and width, and the carpet provides low profile traction. They give us and our dog a much better grip. Holding up great with 5 dogs.

Cons

They're extremely thin so i needed to add padding underneath. They move too much without adhesive. They are not skid resistant.

Quality is unbelievably bad. Don't expect even a hint of quality. Difficult to use. Would not repurchase and do not recommend.

The packing material clearly states that it is supposed to contain 14 stair treads per. I was shorted two treads and now have two * steps. Do not try removing the tread and replacing it.
