Im very happy with this head unit my old unit stopped working went to the dealer and it was going to cost me close to 1200 to get a new unit the same model that came with my 2014 rav4 decided to check best buy and the units there ranged from 300 to 500 without installation so 100 intallation 60 for a canbus device that makes the steering wheel control works total was going to be almost 700 and i have to leave my car there for 6 hours

Product arrived defective but seller immediately replaced for another unit

Some of the rca wiring was not properly label but trial and error got me there
