Pros
The dimensions of the piston - the diameter and the distance between the rings - all match the isi. I expect i'll be able to replace the collar if it does wear out.
Cons
But the gasket on the bottom part failed immediately.

I search for replacement rings without luck and then found this piston but the description wasnt clear if it would fit the older isi model

If the collar isnt screwed on tight enough then during use the piston wont be pushed up far enough when the handle is released

I am probably shortening the remaining life on the original isi plastic collar by tightening it so far but i dont think it is damaging it significantly
