Pros

It isn't too stiff or too soft for me. It is great to help my knees and hips relax. It's perfect for wrapping your arms around while having your back supported.

If i roll over or shift around it is a lot of pillow and pieces that get rearranged but i am usually still asleep and don't notice. This is a good size for me (5’11”) about 4ft long and 21in diameter with pillow inside.

I laid down with the back support pillow attached and it hurt so good

I would give it 5 stars if it came with the stripes like in the picture
