Make sure the outer clips on the poles are unclipped before popping up or else it we’ll tear the fabric with the clip right out of the tent

I had contacted customer service about a warranty or buying a replacement rainfly and it took 4 emails back and forth before the person i was speaking to finally understood what i was asking and just kept sending me a link back to purchase a whole tent here on amazon
