Pros
Using in dehydrator and on barbecue. Works great in my air fryer over. The mesh allows the hot air to circulate around the food and cleanup is a breeze!
Used them to keep jerky from falling through my * shelves. They are stiff enough so they don't sag between the oven grates. They also work well in my oven; however, they are not easy to clean.
Cons
Looked like plastic. Ruined dinner and made a mess. Temperature never exceed 80f. Melted on first use.

We have been using the solid bbq mats which work fine except that the food sits in grease or liquid and doesnt get crispy

We have a pellet stove that has a drip tray under the grate so the grease falls on that and i have the tray covered with a long strip of the bbq mat material
