Pros
The frame (good quality aluminum), material, and stitching are all very sturdy. Very comfortable.
The facial pillow is more comfortable than it looks. The arm holes for when you’re laying on your back aren’t extremely comfy but they definitely serve their purpose! It has a leg rest, pillow, and cup holder which are nice.
Im 6ft, 260 lb and it is a great chair for some one my size.
Cons
The design is not the greatest. No fixing it. They’re over-priced junk. But it’s overall a cheaply made piece of junk.
Company only replaces for 90 days. It is a lot to spend for a chair that lasts less than a week. I am very disappointed.
It's hard to get the footrest to fold back under the sling to sit. The foot rest is not adjustable and at 5’8” hit my calf in the middle at a very uncomfortable spot. The carry strap provided with these chairs is a joke.

Mine didn’t come with instructions so i just had to play around with it and it’s pretty user friendly

You have to pull it out at the socket to get the leg rest to go down
