Pros
It’s not a cortisone shot or knee surgery or physical therapy—those are things you should be considering instead of complaining. The great thing about this brace is that it is not tight however it stays in place during the night.
Cons
This device does adequately pad knees and improve alignment, however, it is too constricting. The padding is ineffective as it compresses far too easily. The stretch material is hot and scratchy.

Even so the sleeve seems to be too big as both the top and bottom edges have too much material to conform to my leg but the part around the actual knee fits well and the whole thing stays in place
