Pros

A 73 year old woman has been suffering with meniscus tears in both knees for the past year and a half. It helps alleviate aches & stiffness. Also most of my arthritic pain.

I am not a good pill taker but it is getting easier. The tablets are hard to quite big and hard to * but the effects and relief are worth it.

But still, it's worth it to me. Fortunately this works for me.

Cons

Osteo-biflex do not * easily! They are chalky white, very dry & hard to break in half. Even being coated and cutting them in half, i still have a hard time swallowing them.
