Osteo bi-flex with mg works like a champ for nearly next day noticable knee pain reduction. Arthritis runs in my family, so when i started feeling aches in my knees and lower back i sought out a product that would be easy.
This one pill a day seems to work for me. When i stopped taking it is when i realized that it was working. Has made some difference but not as much as desired.
These coated tablets are about the size of a typical multivitamin pills. It is tasteless and odorless which i love. Which is nice, some supplements tastes horrid.
Cons
Not worth trouble to return for replacement. Contains <2% cellulose coating, fd&c blue #2 lake, fd#c red #40 lake.
