Pros

Timer outlet, multifunctional infinite cycle programmable plug-in digital timer switchor for appliances,overload protection,light timer 15a/1800w.

Hoses are about 4-5 feet long and easily reach across to my right knee when i’m lying down. Much better relief than bags of frozen peas or ice packs. Not only is it more effective at cooling the area, it's much more convenient.

This is my second rotator cuff surgery so i'm not new to this rodeo. Had arthroscopic knee surgery. This surgery is a longer recovery/rehab than i realized.

Cons

Beeare - they have a * products and even crappier customer service employees. The water circulation motor is a total joke. Was sent a curt note in return.

No dial speed to in crease the flow of water. Do not waste your money on this junk.

After wrestling the lid on for 5 minutes, i get a somewhat cold reservoir that has to be changed again in 2-3 hours. The velcro straps to hold the pad on seems to be made for a child. The seals were broken open all over the pad.
