Pros

Pump quit. No dial speed to in crease the flow of water. Was sent a curt note in return.

After wrestling the lid on for 5 minutes, i get a somewhat cold reservoir that has to be changed again in 2-3 hours. The velcro straps to hold the pad on seems to be made for a child. The seals were broken open all over the pad.
