Best drink ever i saw it in tinkoff saxo web page when they were filling the water bottles for tdf i took my chances
Maybe gatorade is just as good and maybe sugar and salt would be just as good but i dont mind paying a few cents a bottle for something that works and has some good science going into it
I feel a lot better after a 23 hour ride when i drink osmo instead of water
