One grouse ive is that the buttons are all situated on the exterior of the iron making it impossible not to press on them in the process of using the straightener

I contacted the company before our chase to clarify the warranty between this and their touch screen model

They responded with clarification that this model has a lifetime warranty as well and that the description of a 12 month is incorrect

I also asked for clarification on the plates and i was told they are titanium and the directions stating ceramic is incorrect
