Pros & Cons
Pros
Adjustable, stable, very lightweight. These are height adjustable and lightweight.
These are a pure lifesaver. I bought this one to have in my car for when i have errands to do & my knees are painful. Also the hand and arm contact areas use a rubber that grips better than any other crutch/cane that i have ever had.
Cons
It is way more heavy than it needs to be and should be which makes it constantly fall over when leaned against a wall. It has a spring pin with only two possible positions.
I have to lay them on the floor or find a corner or they won't stand up. This extra weight means that in the inevitable event that it falls on your foot or toes, it really does damage and really hurts.
Highlights
Quality
I have tried many styles and i feel the most secure and confident with the ortonyx forearm crutches
I have balance issues and these light weight crutches are very easy to use and are very comfortable
I saw a patient with those and ask him if they likes them they seemed very happy

Theres no padding whatsoever so if youre using these to be able to handle longer periods of standing and walking i would go with a walker instead
