This item is something you need to buy if your having issues. The support and comfinness is amazing. In that regard, the belt works great.
I have a protruding umbilical hernia that normally doesn't give me any issues. Used this product for compression of my stomach after a hernia operation. Navel cushion is a bonus.
This belt is very affective at keeping the hernia in place. It fastens in the front. Pad stays in place well as it is velcro backed.
Cons
After 10 uses, the sewing that held the plastic binder in frayed. The pic shows where it frayed, and i bent the fabric to show the binder piece is missing. The boning is plastic that curls up and doesn't return to it's original shape.

However it was made in china and ive been disappointed with so many chinese products

So well worth the money even though i get three to four months of longevity

Make sure you follow the instructions when wrapping as i had it upside down the first time i used it and it felt weird
