Pros
What a fantastic product. They provide what is shown and promised. The product exactly fits my chair.
Product is very good and doesn't deform easily. It is a bit stiff and that is what is required to keep your back straight. Also quite comfortable for long sitting hours.
Cons
Pathetic is an understatement for this product. Not a solid product. Worst part is this product is non returnable.
Cushion is kinda stiff. Support is flimsy. Easily gets displace.
Reviewer couldn't find any significant improvement in lumbar support. The horizontal elastic strap becomes loose and the lumbar support comes down from the height where it is desired to be.
