Pros
Best sandals ever. Reorder larger size with great fit and comfort. Smaller removable piece and a replacement for when the velcro wears out--nice!
Above average cushioning/support. Less pain and numbness. These are so comfortable and the cushion is amazing!
Cons
The bottom of the sole does not rest flat — it's twisted/torqued so that your foot wobbles from one side to the other with each footfall. The velcro fasteners wear out too easily, making the sandals unwearable.
The velcro totally failed on mine after 4 months. I recommend buying another brand where the fasteners are not as cheaply made.

The front strap does have a velcro tightening strap but the foot has to slip in first before tightening
