Pros

They work great! I was really suprised. Now i have plantar faciitis. My left foot has been cut in half ( accident), had a tumor, had bone spur surgery.

Both feet have very high arches, high instep, very wide and a 10 1/2. Got these shoes as a last resort and dang! Love the lightweight and feel of the shoe.

Cons

The insoles are thin and flimsy. The arch support is not effective. The shoes are light, but they also feel light on the heels.
