The inserts give excellent medial/inner foot support. Plus inserts were included 2-1/8th, 2- 1/6th inch and 2 arch supports. Everything is wrapped up so well.

Cons

These shoes have comfortable insoles but they are way too loose even with the spacers. It's like wearing thick layered socks that don't hold feet in place at all. This orthotic is spongy and have virtually no arch support.

The heel support feels like it is crumbling. It has no give and is good only for brush burns. After add extra foot ped it’s okay for few weeks and again more loose.
