Pros

Shoe seem to be well made and length is ok. Everything is wrapped up so well and my mom's face was lit up. Inserts are very comfortable—thick and soft.

Cons

This orthotic is spongy and have virtually no arch support. As you step on the shoes the arch support still smashes down. The fabric mesh is pretty coarse and it always seems like i have a freaking rock quarry in them.

The heel support feels like it is crumbling. Was hoping for more support and cushion. After add extra foot ped it’s okay for few weeks and again more loose.

Simply put, these shoes are overpriced junk. The $39 sketchers that i had left in my closet have higher quality materials and construction that these >$120 shoes.
