Pros

Plus inserts were included 2-1/8th, 2- 1/6th inch and 2 arch supports. The inserts give excellent medial/inner foot support. These are the most comfortable shoes i have worn.

Shoe can reduce neuropathic foot pain by up to 90%. Shoes are made in the u. S. And are available in sizes 4-10.

Cons

Their sorrento shoe is trash. Absolutely no padding and my feet hurt even worse. It's like wearing thick layered socks that don't hold feet in place at all.
