Pros

The inserts give excellent medial/inner foot support. The soles provide great cushioning. Plus inserts were included 2-1/8th, 2- 1/6th inch and 2 arch supports. Everything is wrapped up so well and my mom's face was lit up.

Cons

As you step on the shoes the arch support still smashes down providing a poor non firm arch support. The fabric mesh is pretty coarse and it always seems like i have a freaking rock quarry in them. Toooo much pain in my heel.

Shoes have comfortable insoles but they are way too loose even with the spacers. Still had to buy insoles for them. Simply put, these shoes are overpriced junk.
