I have had to drive back to them so many times i decided to take matters into my own hands again after a different pair simply wouldn’t cut

Her wires are on the thicker side so it was very difficult to cut the wire and i had to squeeze with a lot of force

One complaint i have is that the wire cutter does not hold on to the clipped wire once it has been cut so it is difficult to make sure she doesn’t swallow the cut wire
