I tried two other products a sublingual and a spray for b12 and neither changed my measurable b12 via blood labwork which i check about every 4 months

I think this is a good product but its seriously overpriced

The pills are small there are only 60 yet they come in a seriously oversized bottle barely covering the very bottom of it
