Other than that trivial issue the slingshot is a godsend to help me keep correct bench mechanics when i go heavy and also relieves any issues with right shoulder impingement issue
Getting the sizing right was tricky so make sure you measure before you order but once i got the right size i was easily able to double my rep count and beat my one rep max on day 1
I have been benching for about 20 years
After rehabbing that and working on thoracic spine mobility and posture i got back to benching
