You dont have to spend the 10 for the pretty magnets because you can get a cheap magnet at joannes or michaels or walmart

I have had some recipe book holders that just had pegs at the bottom and they allowed the book to get dirty and a new book was always a struggle to keep the book open to my recipe

This one does need to be cleaned to be able to see through it from time to time and grease from the kitchen gets on the outside of it
