Pros

It satisfies every inch of the back itch. In my opinion it is also more sanitary because you can effectively scratch your back while wearing a shirt.

Long straps make for easy manipulation. Strap is sturdy, spikes are amazing. My only issues with it are that i do not like the plastic balls on the edge of the rope that is intended for grip, nor do i find the actual cactus itself pointy enough.

Cons

Difficult to use, flips over easily, end balls are hard plastic. Can not just put it down your shirt on a stick to use.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time i am so happy with this scratcher that i had to write

You can cover all of my your back and make it as hard or soft as you wish with the flippable head

The side with the short nubs are more like a massage the side with the longer nubs are for more for scratching

Competitiveness

I have had many backscratchers over the years but this is the best i have ever found

I do recommend it over a traditional backscratcher though especially for those who struggle to reach all areas of their back
