This beater blade works much better than the one that came with the mixer
Some of the reviews about the quality of the standard blade had me worried so i ordered the pro version
Nothing is perfect so you still need to give it a few hand stirs when youre done as you do with any product

Have been using the beater that came with it and was kinda annoyed at its performance esp with small batters in the large 6qt bowl
Ive had a kitchenaid a long time and just recently bought a bigger model
Its barnone better than the standard nonscraping beater

The new kitchenaid beaters are plastic which is fine for the beater itself but the head tends to break so maybe it could be made out of sturdier material

Have not had any problems with it so far but it does make a squeaky sound as it rotates if you do not have a full bowl of contents

I bought this commercial model precisely because the homecooks version had a history of breaking very easily

I didnt even finish my concerns when the woman said it wasnt a problem to take a picture email it to them and they would send me out a new one
