Pros

The seat post is about 1/2 below the maximum height line and is doing fine with my 230lb weight. The average ride is 10-30 miles when it goes out. Good luck and ride safe.

A 5 mm allen wrench does it all. It's fully adjustable, angles etc, all using hex keys. These 2 bolt solutions are the best to keep your seats angled the way you want them to be.

From the bottom of the tube to the center of the seat rail *. Easy to adjust the pitch (up/down angle) of the saddle. It slides into the frame and * securely.

Cons

Aluminum is not appropriate for heavyweights who ride a lot. Seat posts with one bolt are simpler and more reliable than this two-bolt design.
