Ive done several sessions of hard hill intervals on this chainring so maybe that needs to be taken into account but no more than 70 of the total miles

This chainring will work on 10 speed drive trains even though the link says 89 speed

Also the lack of ramps and pins does not affect performance and im not sure if 24t chainrings come with ramps and pins anyways
