Pros
Easy to fold and correct slight mistakes. Great for trying new things and practicing. I got it to make lotus flowers, it creases real nice and it doesnt tear super easy. Can't wait to use them.
Yes, it's thinner than regular typewriter paper, but only a little thinner. It's also a little softer. Loved the thinness.
Cons
The texture/weight/opacity is similar to cheap 16lb copy paper. The third picture is the same figure made with standard notepad paper -- and is even smaller.
These are just colored papers in origami size. This is not origami paper- this is craft paper cut small. Origami paper is thinner and has a shinier surface. I'm an origami beginner so it's not the worst thing in the world.
