Pros
The cord is thick and seems durable. It rests flat and has some nice little gripping legs to keep things from jostling around. There's a dim blue led that lights up when it's in use.
The 100w pd charging ensures my devices remain juiced up throughout my workday. The rj45 port facilitates stable wired internet connections.
Cons
The unit appears to be defective. Even though the specs say this dock can handle 100w.

Because its so light and has plugs on both sides its not the best for a clean organized permanent setup on a desk you cant just tuck it behind your computer and expect it to stay put
