The plug that goes into the outlet is nice and flat so even if youre using it on your nightstand while traveling you want have to move the nightstand to accommodate the plug sticking out from the wall

When i ordered this travel power strip i was expecting just a down sized power strip that would be smaller just because it had fewer outlets
