As far as running it goes, it's awesome. Usb c cabling works really well. This enclosure is top notch.
I used an old samsung ssd i pulled from a dead laptop. Installation is a little tricky as there is a rubber cone that needs to be put.
Cons
The component where the drive should clip in was about a millimetre too small for the drive to fit.

Came with a full length strip of thermal tape and the entire top of the case is an aluminum heat sink that sets in at one end and levers down onto the drive and screws in on the other
