Pros
It plugs into the endcap and the enclosure fits over it and attaches with two phillips screws. Comes with its own little screwdriver. Seems to be a bit of a quirk is that there's an indicator light on the enclosure, but it's on the back.
Cons
The usb sound of it disconnection and reconnection again and you have to start over. The cord that comes with it is not usb type c. I get stuck at the user folder and then it just makes it look like it's loading the contents but it never actually open... Read More

I started the tests with the drive cold at room temp
Lightweight from a tipping over stand point even with the stand flimsy ssd mounting internally
Packaging/appearance
Undo two screws in the orico and slide the drive right in and put the screws back in
It plugs into the endcap and the enclosure fits over it and attaches with two phillips screws

I filled a 4tb drive up fairly quickly which is great
I took the external housing case apart and removed the hard drive installing it into this new orico 3

That happened in this instance though enclosures are reasonably enough priced that i could pick one up relatively cheaply look for a fast usb bus at least usb 3 – even if your computer doesnt support it because you might upgrade sometime in the future and you want an enclosure that will work with current standards

I had to switch it around a few times till it fit correctly if this happens dont force it

If the parts dont go together youll feel a bit of resistance when you try to put them together
