Pros & Cons
Pros
M2 p1 crucial 500 gb to a 1m2 tb samsung 970 evo using this m2 nvme to usb converter. Bought this to clone my 1tb ssd drive onto a 2tb ssd. Turned my spare ssd into a large fast external drive.
There's more pad surface gripping against the underside of the radiator.
Very cool looking clear see through drive. Good quality. Easy to assemble. Does what it says.
Cons
As other nvme enclosures, the usb<->nvme controller overheats and fails.
