Pros & Cons
Pros
Used with zip ties for replacement rack in fisher and paykel dishwasher. Replaced a plate holder (rusted through) in the bottom rack. Fits perfectly, wedges in securely, and the weight of the dishes holds it in place.
It is tall enough and strong enough to support the heavier glass lids. Sturdy, not too bulky. It's sturdy and doesn't tip over.
Cons
Lids are jammed too tight. The knobs cause problems. It's much better as a plate holder.
Highlights
Quality
The rack is very sturdy and will last for years to come
Sturdy and holds even large pot lids securely
The weight of the lid tips over the end rendering it useless
It’s supposed to hold 8 lids but only holds 4 of my lids
Packaging/appearance
I didnt detect that from the picture but was pleased to discover that feature when it arrived
Competitiveness
I tried other brands that were also meant for plate storage but this one was by far the best
I like it because its lower profile so the lids seem to fit better than other options that are all taller
