The l-theanine also calms my anxiety. It works best for me to take it about half an hour before i eat lunch, and then my afternoon is go time for a couple hours. I take 225 mg before sleep and it puts me to sleep within 15 minutes max. Gt.
I find them particularly helpful for pangs of anxiety. But this helps just tone it down a notch without making you feel numb. It does seem to help alleviate symptoms if you figure out how it helps you first.
Simple, clean, attractive packaging. This stuff does what it says, almost instantly!
Cons
This one is useless. Unreasonably so. It's not magic. It was supposed to help with anxiety.
